Section 3 packets fail when every issue gets blended together
Section 3 and deceptive-activity notices can involve identity, inventory source, order handling, related accounts, customer experience, or document concerns. The packet should start from the exact Performance Notification wording and separate each evidence lane.
Evidence to gather
- Full Performance Notification, Account Health screenshot, marketplace, date, deadline, and case IDs.
- Affected ASINs, SKUs, orders, suppliers, fulfillment method, and packing or shipper context.
- Supplier invoices, authorization, chain-of-custody proof, product photos, and shipment records where available.
- Root cause, corrective actions already completed, and prevention process with owner and cadence.
- Prior appeal rejection text if the first submission was generic or auto-rejected.
Packet hygiene
- Do not submit receipts as if they are supplier invoices.
- Do not submit fabricated, altered, unverifiable, or misleading documents.
- Do not send Seller Central passwords, verification codes, API keys, or payment account access.
Before buying review
- Use the paid review for one current Section 3, account-integrity, verification, invoice, authenticity, frozen-funds, or shipment-block issue where real documents can be safely emailed.
- Send documents only: Performance Notification, Account Health screenshots, ASIN/SKU or case IDs, verification request, invoice or supplier files, business or identity proof, support replies, prior rejection text, and any current draft appeal.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, Seller Central access, API keys, private keys, payment account access, bank access, or unredacted buyer personal data.
