Linked-account appeals need a timeline and relationship map
Related-account deactivations can involve old accounts, employees, agencies, devices, addresses, payment methods, or business ownership. A packet should show what is connected, what is not connected, and which evidence supports the current seller's identity and operations.
Evidence to gather
- Related-account notice wording, affected marketplace, dates, account status, and case IDs.
- Ownership, legal entity, address, device, IP, payment, bank, employee, agency, or family relationship map.
- Business registration, tax document, utility bill, bank statement, website, and operating proof.
- Prior account closure, authorization, employee separation, agency contract, or ownership-transfer context where relevant.
- Corrective and preventive actions: access cleanup, user permissions, device separation, and account governance.
Packet hygiene
- Do not invent a relationship or denial that the documents cannot support.
- Do not include private third-party personal data unless it is necessary and redacted appropriately.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, or Seller Central access.
What the review includes
SellerAppealPacket organizes the linkage evidence you provide into a reviewed packet. It does not contact Amazon, access accounts, or promise a platform outcome.
