Answer what Amazon thinks happened
Dropshipping-related appeals often need a precise order-by-order record: who supplied the product, who packed and shipped it, what the buyer saw, and what changed after the notice. A generic apology does not explain the supply-chain facts.
Evidence to gather
- Performance Notification wording and any Section 3 or dropshipping-specific language.
- Affected order IDs, ASINs/SKUs, supplier names, fulfillment path, and seller-of-record context.
- Supplier invoices, authorization, shipping records, packing slip screenshots, and customer-facing packaging evidence.
- Corrective actions: paused supplier, removed listings, changed fulfillment process, refunded or resolved affected orders.
- Prevention plan: supplier approval workflow, invoice retention, packing slip checks, and Account Health review cadence.
Not a fit
- Requests to invent supplier documents or alter receipts.
- Cases needing legal, customs, tax, product-safety, or platform-policy advice.
- Requests for Seller Central login access or appeal submission.
What the review includes
SellerAppealPacket organizes documents you provide into a review-ready packet. You submit through your own Amazon workflow. No reactivation or funds-release outcome is promised.
